On Wednesday, August 24, I traveled to Los Angeles for an event that I will be forever grateful for. Several months ago I was contacted by two L.A. based stand up comics and fans (Ezra Edmond and Wilder Shaw.) They pitched me an idea for an event that could potentially help raise money for the production of The Waterman Movie. Their idea was to have a one night only stand up comedy event featuring some of the funniest comics that California had to offer. “Stand Up For The Waterman Movie” was born, and it was a massive success in more ways than one.
